How long have you been in your industry?20
Why did you choose your industry?I’ve always been obsessed with growth—finding what works, scaling it fast, and doing it smarter than the competition. Sales development was broken, and I knew there had to be a better, more efficient way. So I built companies to fix it.
Who are your typical clients?B2B companies—mostly SaaS, marketing agencies, and high-ticket consulting firms—who need to generate more qualified pipeline without hiring bloated SDR teams.
What do you like best about being in this industry? It’s fast-moving, measurable, and high-impact. You can see the direct effect of smart strategy and execution—and the space is full of opportunity for those who move quick and think big.
What are common problems you see?Too many companies waste time on unqualified leads, generic outreach, and poor follow-up. Most don’t realize how much revenue they’re losing by not optimizing for speed, automation, and precision.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Know your ICP cold. Don’t rely on brute force—rely on data, smart targeting, and fast responses. And if you're outsourcing lead gen or sales engagement, don’t just look at volume—look at quality, conversion, and strategy.
When is your busy season?Q1 and Q4—when companies are focused on hitting numbers or setting aggressive goals.
What keeps you up at night?Building the right team and moving fast enough to stay ahead. If we slow down, someone else will figure it out first.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Outbound is our DNA, but we also leverage thought leadership, strategic partnerships, referrals, and product-led growth through RevReply to drive compounding demand.
How involved are you in the community?I regularly mentor early-stage founders, speak with up-and-coming sales teams, and look for ways to help others shortcut the painful learning curves I went through.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Doctors Without Borders
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Be ready to grind. Speed, creativity, and execution matter more than perfect plans. And don’t wait for permission—test, iterate, and keep moving.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Bike rides on the beach, watching sports, chasing down the best tacos, and getting lost in a good podcast or 4am workout to start my day.
