Why did you choose your industry?I formed this creative media services business after being laid off from the corporate workplace and devised an agency that offers multi-media platforms of integrated services to B2C/B/D clientele. For a number of years, I worked multiple industry sectors and media platforms in corporate and have applied my expertise to help clients with their specific business needs.
Who are your typical clients?Clients have ranged from small business to larger enterprises in retail, general business, physicians, surgeons, hospitality, healthcare, automotive, digital media, AI and more.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Flexibility to stay on top of emerging tech and deliver creative solutions to customers. Apply my business know-how and get creative and innovative.
What are common problems you see?Customers need help - adapting and learning/accepting AI in the workplace. Learning about new digital platforms and integrating them into their business practices.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Collaborate with business partners and educate your staffs. A great way to keep employees happy and engaged is to provide them the tools they need.
When is your busy season?all year round, seems to be as an entrepreneur.
What keeps you up at night?things to do - projects on my plate.

What is your favorite not for profit or charity?unsure, I support many.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Be serious about it. Take risk and reap the reward. It's not like a corporate job, it's harder being out on your own from many aspects of running an operations and business.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?socialize, travel, read, write, shop
