What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

I think that there are going to be challenges revolving around digital advertising especially as it relates to over saturation and attribution issues with roll outs of opt out software updates such as iOS14.

From an oversaturation standpoint, a simple scroll through any social media channel shows how many advertisers are in the space. It used to be fairly simple to stand out, but as companies marketing departments and agencies have leveled up, especially in the last 12-18 months, the level of advertising needed to “stop the scroll” is incredibly high.

I think that this might start to bring us back to a point where, as an agency, start to look at utilizing print advertising more with unique methods for tracking ROI. Obviously, this is for key segments, but for the industries we work in, we believe that print might offer some value that we haven’t seen in several years.

From an opt out standpoint, as these roll outs of software updates happen, it is going to force marketing as an industry to come up with creative solutions especially if companies like Apple / Google push these opt out options more aggressively.

What makes your company unique?

We are a full-service agency, but we excel at working with midsize and larger companies and their internal marketing departments to provide a “head out of the box” view to the marketing activities that they work on. It’s easy for companies to get stuck in a marketing rut when you have the same team working on campaigns over time. We help them break out of that rut and then execute on the strategy.
